Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina Shevchenko is the Kyrgyzstani and Peruvian Muay fighter from Thailand, as well as mixed martial artist competing at flyweight of the UFC. She was then able to defeat Valerie Domergue, at Phoenix FC 4, in unanimity. She left in 2018 the tournament and started competing in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko fought Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used her superior striking techniques to TKO Nievera in the clinch via knees to the body. In the aftermath of this fight, Antonina was awarded an UFC deal. Antonina did her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hhitters Finale against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko lost to Roxanne Modafferi in a split decision following her first fight. Antonina bounced back from the loss, and defeated Lucie Pudilova at UFC on ESPN Covington vs. Lawler via second-round rear-naked choke submission and earned the prize of the night for the bout. Shevchenko went 2-2 in her next 3 fights. She beat Ariane Lipski, but lost to Katlyn Chokagian as well as Andrea Lee. In the past, Antonina lost to Casey O'Neill at UFC Fight Night Santos and.
